•• Accolades ••

I am writing this testimonial about Frank Demeter with enthusiasm. I purchased a property that was in a local area that never recovered from the 2008 recession, as the commercial properties in the immediate area have also struggled. Frank began working with me after the property cratered. My one thought about Frank is that in the ten years that he has been my consultant, he has treated my property as if it was his own. Frank and I connected through a very good friend who was a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School. He had learned of Frank through his commercial real estate colleagues as having a reputation for working hard and having integrity, honesty, sound judgment, and a high degree of knowledge and experience. Frank worked hard in learning the details of the leases. He worked closely with the property managers and often toured the property. He was instrumental in renegotiating the refinancing. And when three leasing agents gave up on the property, he took on the leasing as well.  My property had many crises, and Frank was the voice of calm reasoning in renegotiating lease renewals or dealing with difficult tenants.  And of course, when the property sufficiently qualified for a sale, he managed to complete this complex task. Suffice it to say, I cannot recommend Frank Demeter highly enough.
